I joined Redkite’s Residential Property Team after moving back to Pembrokeshire in the summer of 2014.
In 2016 I moved into the Commercial and Agricultural Property Department, helping to expand Redkite’s already prominent position in the Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire property market. I am also building the reputation of Redkite in Swansea and Cardiff areas and in particular our work in the field of Enfranchisement, Lease Extension and Right to Manage.
I completed my Law degree at the University of Bedfordshire and went on to study my LPC at the College of Law in Guildford. I come from a Commercial and Property background, working in-house for a London based intellectual property agency before starting my training contract with a firm in Portsmouth.
Once qualified, I spent eight years with a firm in Salisbury where I became Head of the Property Department managing a department across three offices. As well as the administrative and procedural aspects of running a department, I dealt with a broad spectrum of property work with a particular specialism in Commercial Property, Lease Extensions and Enfranchisement.
After 3 years I left my previous firm in Christchurch to have my children.
Outside of work I have twins which leaves little time for anything else. I am a keen runner and I have completed a number of marathons including the London Marathon. I am a member of Pembrokeshire Velos and Pembrokeshire Harriers. I have a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo-Do and also enjoy Kickboxing.
A very friendly personal experience. All of your staff treat people like human beings not numbers - very rare these days, thank you.
