After graduating from UCW Aberystwyth, I undertook my legal training with Swansea County Borough Council. I subsequently worked for West Glamorgan County Council as its Planning & Highways Solicitor before going into practice in 1977.
I specialise in all aspects of general business and commercial property work, dealing with sales and purchases of commercial sites and with residential site development, as well as landlord and tenant work. My particular expertise are in planning law and I have advised many clients with regard to planning (S106) agreements. I also advise clients in relation to their business affairs generally.
My skill in agricultural work is acknowledged in Chambers’ UK Guide to the Legal Profession.
I am a native of Carmarthen. Married with four children my interests include reading, walking and sport. I am past Chair of Governors of Ysgol y Dderwen and past Governor of Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Bro Myrddin. I am actively involved with Carmarthen Wanderers Cricket Club and have been President of Carmarthen Borough Law Society.
We have been clients of Red Kite and previous partnerships since the 1990's and have always received service, advice and guidance of the highest quality.
