I joined Redkite Solicitors in 2003 (formerly Lowless & Lowless) and qualified as a solicitor in 2005.
I relocated to Cardiff in 2008, where for many years I practised in Family Law in a very well respected city centre firm before returning to Redkite in 2014 and joining the Court of Protection and Wealth Management Department, based in Cardiff.
I am a Court Appointed Deputy and act as Attorney under a Lasting Power of Attorney to manage property and financial affairs for those who sadly no longer have capacity to do so themselves, through ill health or old age.
I advise on both professional and lay applications for Deputyship Orders and Statutory Wills and I have experience with high value, complex and contested applications. I also draft and manage Trusts, either as an appointed Trustee or on behalf of other Trustees. The Trusts are either lifetime settlements or Will Trusts.
My experience as a former family law specialist was a good basis to transfer my skills to this area, with attention to detail. I enjoy the work that I do and care about making sure that the clients wishes are carried out as much as possible.
I live in Cardiff with my husband and son and enjoy cooking, travelling and keeping fit.
Louise was very professional and efficient and secured me a better outcome than I had hoped for and I'd like to thank you for your help in this matter and will happily call on your services again in the future if circumstances warrant it. I will also happily recommend you to any of my friends.
