I joined Redkite in April of 2015 as a Support Staff Supervisor for the Pembrokeshire based part of the business, moving to become Facilities & Operations Manager for the entire firm in 2017.
I have always had a keen interest in working within a management role and my main strengths are in People and Change management. I have my Higher National Diploma in Management and Leadership and gained my management experience from the Retail and Work based Training background.
I oversee all ten Redkite sites, managing the support staff and ensuring we continue to deliver the highest level of client service. I am also responsible for management of our IT infrastructure, implementation of training, and Health and Safety.
Outside of work I enjoy running, reading and swimming and have recently started to compete in 10k and half-marathon races. In my spare time you will often find me running with my Springer Spaniel.
