Having completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with a Masters in Law and Business at the University of Law, Guildford I was keen to return to Wales to pursue my legal career closer to home.
Originally from Aberystwyth, I lived and worked in Reading for 5 years whilst studying the LLB at the University of Reading. During the final year of my studies I began working as a Paralegal within a law firm in Reading and continued to work with them throughout my LPC studies.
Joining Redkite in August 2017, I am delighted to be working within the Personal Injury Team based predominantly in Carmarthen.
I assist with a wide range of personal injury cases and a key part of my role is to ensure that clients get the support they need throughout the progression of their claim. This is extremely important as clients will often have suffered life-changing injuries and we always strive to provide the assistance and support our clients need during what can be a very difficult time in their lives. Our ultimate aim is to get our clients back to their life again as quickly as possible but, in cases where their lives may have been altered forever as a result of their injuries, our goal is to ensure they have everything they need to live as normal and happy a life as possible.
The personal injury team deal with all types of injury claims ranging from Public Liability, Employers’ Liability, Road Traffic Accidents, Clinical Negligence and Fatal or Catastrophic Injury claims.
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and taking part in charity running events. I have always been very active and have previously competed in Welsh gymnastics competitions, played football for Aberystwyth Town Ladies Football Club, and was part of Reading University Cheerleading Society during my studies.
