I joined Redkite Solicitors in June of 2018 and work as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor based predominantly in our Cardiff Office.
After graduating with a Law Degree and LPC from Swansea University in 2011 I began working for DAC Beachcrofts LLP, focusing on Defendant litigation work involving fraudulent insurance claims and contract disputes. I moved to Horwich Farrelly Solicitors in 2014 and continued to gain experience in defending fraudulent insurance claims, specialising in credit hire cases.
I have been fortunate in my career to benefit from advising both large private-sector insurance companies, as well as public bodies.
My role within Redkite Solicitors is to act on behalf of a wide range of regional and national clients, including private companies, partnerships and private individuals. Dispute Resolution covers a wide and varied workload, including issues such as Adverse Possession, Party Wall Agreements, Boundary Disputes, Debt Recovery, Company Disputes, Re-Possession Orders, Order for Sale Applications, Contentious Probate and Contract Disputes.
I enjoy the variety of work which comes under the scope of Dispute Resolution and understand that one of the most important things I can do for my client is to take the time to fully understand the particular circumstances of their case so I can work towards the best outcome possible.
Outside of work I enjoy playing rugby for my local team and developing properties.
